Embodied Practices. For Self and Collective Well-being

In the modern world people are often too stuck in their minds. What occurs when we allow thoughts and feelings to emerge within the context of movement, extending the notion of mind - to bodymind?

In this 4-day movement workshop, we will co-create a non-judgemental and soft space where experience can be integrated through the body. We will engage in non-verbal communication tools and welcome all parts of our processing capability! Click here for more info

IOM Tanzen für Körper-Geist-Bewusstsein

Tanzen für Körper-Geist-Bewusstsein focuses on the awareness of the body and its movements to bring us into the present moment, away from the hustle of day to day life. We will engage in movement dialogues with self and others in a mindful space. Click here for more info

Feet Up Head Down!

Find comfort in the unknown as we take inspiration from the physically of capoeira for our contact improvisation practice. We’ll be developing our agility, strength and play-ability, as we prepare our “landing gear” for the disorientation of the upside down.

Dance in nature. UAE

Build your movement toolkit by exploring Capoeira, Contact Improvisation, and Somatic Embodiment in a weekend nature site specific workshop. We will research non-verbal ways of communicating, find differences and common ground in the practices and allow a performative quality to emerge. Click here to find out more

We move for joy, fluidity, fun, for being alive, for grief, for being human, for ourselves, for each other, for cohesion and for letting go.

The precedence of body experience first, and mindful cognition second, is an essential distinction between Contact Improvisation and other approaches to dance.”
